Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis, so it might take over 2 or 3 weeks as required by examination items.

• 1 week before your check-up, we will mail you a notice of check-up with health check-up precautions and a copy of health questionnaire (medical examination table), and an empty container to collect your stool sample.
• 3 days before your check-up, we will send you a text message (SMS) to remind you of your reservation.
• 1 day before your check-up, we will directly contact you via phone call to confirm your reservation.

If you haven’t received a copy of health questionnaire (medical examination table), please print and fill out the following file before you come for your check-up.

• Arrive at the center on time for your check-up. (Between 8 am ~ 9 am)
• Submit your health questionnaire and fecal sample.
• Make the payment for your check-up.

If you fail to do your fecal sample, you can bring on your next consultation for your result.

• Go to the dressing room and change into the examination gown and slippers. Valuables can be kept in the locker or separately.
• Valuables can be kept separately.
• Have a consultation with a doctor and might add some additional health check-up items.
• Basic health check-up program will take approximately 2~3 hours. (Additional examinations can increase the time required)

If you go through endoscopy under conscious sedation, waking time can differ depending on each individual.

• The results of general check-up will be available 7~10 days after the examination.
• You can consult with doctors from Family Medicine by visits or posts(except phone calls).
